About these terms

These terms set out the agreement between you and Horner Tech Ltd (Company No. 13876374, trading as Mighties, "we", "us", "our") when you use mighties.co.uk or buy from us. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to be bound by them.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

Who can buy

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method and delivery address in our shipping zone (currently the United Kingdom).

The products we sell

We sell complementary feeding supplements for dogs and cats. Our products are not veterinary medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. If your pet is unwell, please consult your vet.

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight variations in packaging, batch labelling and product appearance can occur.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you see at the moment of checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Stock is updated live, but in rare cases an item may sell out between you adding it to your cart and us confirming your order. If that happens we'll let you know and refund any payment.

How orders work

You add items to your cart and submit your order at checkout.
You'll receive an automated confirmation email — this acknowledges receipt of your order, but it's not yet an acceptance.
The contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, at which point we're legally committed to delivering.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch (e.g. if there's a pricing error, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud). If we do, any payment is fully refunded.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify Payments and our card partners. We don't store your full card details.

Your right to cancel

If you're a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This runs from the day you receive the goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email support@mighties.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund, including the return postage.

Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

Use it for any unlawful purpose, or to harm us or anyone else.
Attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or its underlying systems.
Copy, scrape, or republish content without our written permission.
Submit fake reviews or impersonate someone else.

Intellectual property

The Mighties name, logo, designs, photography, copy, and other content on the site are owned by Horner Tech Ltd or used under licence. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Anything else that can't be limited under UK law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits, business, or opportunity).

This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the moment you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
