Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). If you'd like to be told when we add other countries, sign up to our newsletter.
Who we use
All Mighties orders are sent with Royal Mail. We've picked Royal Mail because they reach every UK address — including the islands and the Highlands — and their delivery network is the most reliable for letterbox-friendly tubs.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and on UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Tracked options add £3 to either Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 — choose at checkout if you'd like a tracking link.
Free shipping
Spend over £50 and we'll cover Royal Mail 48 delivery for you, automatically applied at checkout. Tracked upgrades remain available for the £3 add-on.
Tracking your order
If you choose a Tracked option, you'll receive a dispatch email with a Royal Mail tracking link as soon as your order leaves us — usually within a couple of hours of you placing it. Untracked Royal Mail 24 and 48 services don't include a tracking number, but you'll still get a dispatch confirmation by email.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can occasionally be affected by:
- Royal Mail service delays.
- Severe weather, strikes or local disruption.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout (please double-check before paying).
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@mighties.co.uk and we'll chase it up with Royal Mail.
Address accuracy
We use the address you supplied at checkout exactly as written. We can't change a delivery address after dispatch, so please check your details carefully before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or no one was available to take it, we'll reach out to arrange redelivery (you may be asked to cover any reshipment cost).
Damaged in transit
If your tub arrives damaged or with the seal broken, do not throw the packaging away — photograph it as soon as you can and email support@mighties.co.uk within 30 days. We'll arrange a free replacement.
