Refund Policy

The short version

You can return any unopened, sealed tub of Mighties for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Once a tub's seal is broken, we can't take it back — except where the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. Faulty or wrong items always get a free, no-questions refund or replacement.

Your 14-day right to cancel (UK statutory)

If you're a consumer in the UK you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 14 days run from the day you receive your order.

To exercise this right, just email support@mighties.co.uk within 14 days saying you'd like to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Important hygiene exemption: because our products are sealed for food-safety reasons, your right to cancel does not apply to any tub whose seal has been broken after delivery. This is allowed under Regulation 28(3)(b) of the 2013 Regulations.

Our 30-day return promise

Beyond the statutory 14 days, we voluntarily extend the return window to 30 days for any tub whose seal is still intact. Same idea — email us, send it back, get a refund.

What you can return

You can return a tub if:

  • It's within 30 days of you receiving it, and
  • The tamper-evident seal is still intact on the tub.

You cannot return a tub if:

  • The seal has been broken (even partially), or
  • It's more than 30 days since delivery, or
  • It's been damaged through misuse after delivery.

These restrictions don't apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied items — see "Faulty or wrong items" below.

How to return something

  1. Email support@mighties.co.uk with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you our return address and confirm next steps.
  3. Pack the item securely (ideally in the original packaging) and post it back. Please obtain proof of postage — we can't refund anything that doesn't reach us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days, back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 days to show the funds.

Who pays for return postage

  • Standard returns (unopened tub, change of mind): you pay return postage.
  • Faulty or wrong items: we cover return postage. Email a photo first and we'll arrange a free returns label.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, the seal is missing/broken on arrival, or we sent the wrong thing, email support@mighties.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice, and refund the original delivery charge too.

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subscriptions

If you signed up to a recurring subscription, you can pause or cancel any upcoming order from your account, or by emailing support@mighties.co.uk, at any time before the next dispatch. Once a subscription order has been dispatched, the standard return rules above apply.
